National Park Service/NCPE Internship Program

The Archeology Program is the Washington-level office that assists and supports regions and parks throughout the National Park Service (NPS) with their archeology needs. Depending on the intern’s career goals, possible projects include developing formal lesson plans or informal learning activities, writing for the web, assisting with creating online training for interpreters, or other tasks as assigned. The intern will be supervised by the program’s lead on outreach and education.
