  • Job Qualifications:
    • A MA/MS in historic preservation, architectural history, planning or closely related discipline is preferred.
    • Professional with the ability to multi-task, work independently and work with a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Read and understand architectural plans.
    • Research and scholarly/technical writing.
    • Photography skills.
    • Knowledge of the application of the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
    • Proficiency in the following computer programs; Microsoft office suite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign.

Heritage Consulting Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with historic tax credit projects and National Register nominations.

  • Assist with historic resource assessments, including site inspections, research, photography, historic building evaluation, and building documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of state and federal Historic Tax Credit Certification Applications.
  • Assist with the preparation of National Register Nominations and landmark designation reports.
