  • Job Qualifications:

    We’re looking for:

    ·        8+ years of architectural experience, including project management

    ·        Experience working with existing buildings or preservation is preferred, including building assessments and construction documents

    ·        Technical detailing and development skills

    ·        Licensed Architect

    ·        Self-motivated team player who enjoys learning and takes pride in their work

    ·        Professional experience in Revit (or excited to learn)

    ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ·        Chicago-based

We’re looking to add another Project Manager / Technical Architect to our team! Our Historic Preservation Studio works closely with our other in-house Transit Studio on many of our projects as well, offering a lot of stimulating collaboration and cross-functional learning.

The Project Manager / Technical Architect will work alongside a team of talented and experienced architects and historians on a variety of exciting projects shaping Chicago, Illinois, and beyond today. Projects will include programming and master plans for historic buildings and campuses, building envelope repairs, historic building and bridge rehabilitation, adaptive reuse, and condition assessments.
