– Professional degree in architecture required; advanced degree or graduate level studies in historic preservation or 5 years minimum working experience in the preservation field a plus.

– 5 – 7 years experience working in an architectural firm.
– Proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD 2015 or higher for drawing and drafting is required.
– Competence in Sketch-up, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc), MS Office and MS Project is a plus.
– Experience in field measuring and accurately converting measured drawings into CAD drawings is required.
– Possesses thorough knowledge of design and construction document detailing.
– Conscientious, detail oriented, desire to take on responsibility.
– Excellent writing/communication skills;
– Ability to prepare historic structure reports, condition assessments, and similar technical reports making treatment recommendations a plus.
– Must be willing to attend site visits. Some travel out of town will occasionally be required.
– Available for full-time employment.
