Job Qualifications:
- Preferably three (3) years related experience in a similar role or any combination of education and experience in business and/or public administration, communications or marketing that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful.
- Listens and adapts to feedback and other points of view and maintains composure when faced with difficult individuals or situations.
- Understanding of and appreciation for the importance of community involvement.
- Ability to exercise good judgement, possess effective problem-solving skills and the capacity to prioritize and work with frequent change of tasks.
- Possess a high degree of sociability and creativity, establish, and maintain professional working relationships, and provide support, leadership and effective communication and decision making.
- Proficient computer skills and keyboarding and the ability to learn and master Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Design Suite and various other software systems.
- Must be able to work varied hours (day, evening, and weekend).
- Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain insurability.
