    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience conducting research in Historic Preservation
    College coursework in Historic Preservation or related field.
    Experience with grants administration, coordination, and outreach.
    Experience with marketing and promotional strategies to enhance heritage tourism and direct community outreach approaches.
    Project coordination experience to monitor preservation project grants and tourism activities.
    Spanish fluency verbal and written
