  • Job Qualifications:

    Qualified candidates must be fluent in InDesign, GIS, and other ADOBE Creative Suite programs.  Excellent writing, photography, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    An undergraduate degree in marketing, library science, history, architectural history, or historic preservation is a plus.

Traceries seeks a hard-working, organized, creative, and independent college graduate to provide marketing, graphic, and administrative support for Senior Staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with drafting proposals, preparing graphic and mapping materials, entering project data, assisting the COO, CFO, and Director of Administration with tasks related to office operations. Applicants will be expected to decipher RFQ/RFI/RFPs to assist with proposal drafting.

This is an entry level position.
