  • Job Qualifications:

    The successful candidate will have a minimum BA/BS degree in Architectural History, Historic Preservation Planning, or closely related discipline (MA/MS is preferred) and will have 1-3 years of professional experience and must meet the Secretary of the Interior’s professional qualifications.

    Excellent research, writing, editing, and photographic abilities are required.  Experience with building research, knowledge of architectural styles and forms, and periods of development and architectural history of New England as well as knowledge and experience with application of the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties is a must.  Documented experience with the preparation of historic rehabilitation tax credit applications and National Register nominations is essential.
