Heritage has completed thousands of adaptive reuse projects throughout the country including many of the nation’s most iconic buildings.
Heritage Consulting Group’s Project Coordinator is well organized with great attention to detail. Assisting with project management, this position is integral to the timely and successful completion of historic tax credit projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Emphasis on documenting existing conditions and reviewing drawings to understand and describe proposed rehabilitation work.
- Assist with historic resource assessments, including site inspections, research, photography, historic building evaluation, and building documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of state and federal Historic Tax Credit Certification Applications.
- Assist with the preparation of National Register Nominations and landmark designation reports.
- Some travel will be required.
