Preservation Architecture firm specializing in the adaptive reuse of buildings for new uses, typically as mixed use projects that include housing. In addition, we undertake NR nominations, HSR's, Conditions Assessments, Restoration, Pro Formas for exploring reuse, Window Assessments and most of our projects involve the use of Historic Preservation Tax Credits.

Seeking person with Revit experience as our CAD Manager or Project Architect to manage creation of construction documents and potentially manage projects, with two draftspersons and a team of six people. Projects range geographically across NYS and construction cost typically between $1 million to $18 million. Job involves travel to job sites, working with great clients, and collaborating with a team of seasoned preservation-minded architectural professionals.
