🔗Cultural Anthropology/NAGPRA Intern – 800 hours
National Park Service/NCPE Internship Program
Primary activities include: drafting Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA) notices and reviewing NAGPRA inventories; discerning ethnographic resources from reports and entering them into CRIS-ER; telephoning tribes and updating the Tribal Contact App; having conversations with Tribal Historic Preservation Officers about impending ethnographic studies; and other opportunities as appropriate. Learning opportunities available.
Internship is remote, but open to in-person if in the Denver metro commuting area.
Additional hours may be available with good performance. The Intern may start in early spring and continue until funds exhausted or hours cap met.
