🔗Historic Preservation Intern – 600 hours
National Park Service/NCPE Internship Program
The successful candidate will support the Historic Structures and Cultural Landscapes Preservation program activities at Joshua Tree National Park by assisting Cultural Resources staff with preservation and stabilization treatments on historic structures and cultural landscapes, assisting with conditions assessments, monitoring historic resources, researching and maintaining data. The intern will work as a Cultural Resources team member under the supervision of the Historical Landscape Architect. Additional opportunities to participate in archeological fieldwork. Duties require field and office work in-person with the primary duty station in Twentynine Palms, CA. Housing is provided. A travel stipend is available.
