  • Job Qualifications:

    BACKGROUND/EDUCATION

    • Professional (NAAB Accredited) degree in Architecture
    • Registered Architect, or in-process
    • Ideally 5 to 15 years of experience working in an architectural design firm
    • Preferred Degree in Historic Preservation or substantial work on historic buildings
    • Governmental experience beneficial
    • Higher Education and/or institutional experience preferred

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSET

    • Strong Revit / AutoCAD production skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Interest in leadership and ability to develop project management skills
    • Experience guiding small teams of architects and working collaboratively with consultants
    • Interest in building and nurturing client relationships
    • Skilled in analytical thinking to support the design process
    • Self-motivated individual able to work well in a collaborative office environment
