  • Job Qualifications:

    Minimum – Bachelor of Architecture

    Preferred – Bachelor or Masters of Architecture with Masters of Science in Historic Preservation

    Proficient in Revit; AutoCAD; Photoshop

    Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication.

    Must have valid driver’s license and transportation.

STRATA Architecture + Preservation is looking for a full-time Mid-level Preservation Architect with experience and dedication for preserving the built environment and cultural resources. Candidates should have 4-8 years’ experience with a broad knowledge of building materials, historical construction technologies, conditions assessment, repair and conservation methodologies, building surveying and field measuring (HABS-style documentation), compilation of Construction Documents, and strong technical writing and research skills. Candidates should have experience with Revit and AutoCAD. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Architecture, and those with a Masters in Historic Preservation will be preferenced.
