  • Job Qualifications:

    CORE REQUIREMENTS:

    • A valid driver’s license that qualifies for coverage from our insurance (typically 4 points or less) is required.
    • Must be able to carry 50 lbs regularly.
    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment and random drug screens.
    • Must be proficient with computers and inventory control software.
    • Must be able to bend, stand reach, pull, lift and carry items of various weights (up to 75 lbs.) in the warehouse
    • Loading material off and on trucks as needed.
    • A minimum of 1 year experience with managing inventory systems.

    Additional Plus Factors:

    • Familiarity with Foundation or other inventory control software
    • Familiarity with tools and materials used in masonry, carpentry, metalwork, and traditional roofing
    • Experience operating power tools and equipment
    • Forklift certification/experience

The Durable Restoration Company is looking for Materials Manager to join our team.
This position requires a working understanding of inventory control, ordering and preparing materials for outgoing construction jobs, using inventory software and working within a purchase order system.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensuring the inventory is up-to-date, stored appropriately and in the proper locations and maintained in an orderly fashion.
• Ordering needed materials and keeping materials in stock so they are ready for use.
• Maintenance of equipment and tools and ensuring they are in good working order and ready for use.
• Tracking material usage, waste, profitability etc.
• Planning material usage in relation to scheduled jobs.
• Pulling materials for specific jobs and running materials to job sites
