- Surveying and clearly documenting existing conditions through drawings and photographs and accurately drafting conditions.
- Performing research, gathering information, and aiding in the assessment of existing conditions and causes of deterioration.
- Drafting details designed by others and helping to put together bid and construction documents.
- Helping with construction administration including reviewing submittals, samples, and shop drawings for assessment by others; performing site inspections, attending project meetings, and drafting clear field reports and meeting minutes for review.
- Aiding in the development of memorandums, project budgets, including take-offs and developing spreadsheets.
- Helping with the filing of NYC Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) reports.
